Ingredients :
Any shape of pasta - 150 gms ( I used plain noodles)Green capsicum - 1 diced
Diced zucchini – 50 gms
Diced carrots – 50 gms
All purpose flour (Maida) – 2 tsp
Cheese – 50 gms ( I used amul processed cheese)
Dried seasoning – as per your taste ( I used Keya Jamaican jerk seasoning)
Dried red chilli flakes (paprika) – as per your taste
salt and black pepper powder – as per taste
Butter – 1tbsp
Cloves of garlic - 4 chopped
Milk - I used around 230 ml of amul milk
Method :
1. Steam all the vegetables, don’t let them overdone but bit crunchy.
2. Then cook the pasta as per instructions given on the packet.
2. Now add the all purpose flour and saute for a few seconds but don’t let it turn brown.
3. Add milk and stir it continuously to avoid any lumps.
4. Add seasoning, salt, pepper powder and red chilli flakes.
5. Now add grated cheese, now the mixture will start thickening
6. Sauce is ready.
For white sauce :
1. Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan. Then add the chopped garlic and saute for a minute. Don’t let it get brown.
2. Now add the all purpose flour and saute for a few seconds but don’t let it turn brown.
3. Add milk and stir it continuously to avoid any lumps.
4. Add seasoning, salt, pepper powder and red chilli flakes.
5. Now add grated cheese, now the mixture will start thickening
6. Sauce is ready.
Once the sauce is done, add cooked pasta and steamed vegetable and adjust salt, pepper, seasoning and chilli as per your taste.
Pasta’s ready to serve now with your favorite bread :).
