"Sparkling mint lemonade with hint of vodka"

There are several new things in my organic terrace garden besides strawberry and I love each and every bit of it. We have to fight the adversities to save our plants on daily basis. But in the end it gives me the satisfaction that I've searched my whole life. Nothing could be better than sitting in midst of my plants and sipping hot tea or this chilled drink which contains fresh mint sourced from my garden. I don't like to experiments with my food but sometimes for a change I do and for those times this is my favorite one .

Ingredients

Sugar syrup – 2 to 3 tbsp

Black salt – 2 to 3 pinch

Vodka – 20 ml or you can add more ;)

Crushed mint leaves – 5 to 6

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Chilled soda

One sprig of mint and a slice of lime for decoration.

Method

1. In a medium tall glass mix sugar syrup, black salt and lemon juice.

2. Add freshly crushed mint leaves and vodka. Now top up the glass with chilled soda and you can add ice cubes too.

Decorate the glass with mint sprig and lemon slice. In my case I did it with my favorite berry:).

Enjoy!
