" Action packed healthy Juice "

Beautiful Color

It could be your breakfast or mid day snacks or even one can take in evening. This healthy juice can be taken at any time of the day. For many days I was craving for some healthy option in breakfast. With the start of winters, markets are full of carrots, beet roots, tomatoes, spinach etc. So I got a brand new idea of utilizing these ingredients to make a healthy juice. This freshly extracted juice is full of energy, vitamin A, beta carotene, iron, vitamin C, minerals and many more which gives a good start to my day. 


Ingredients 

Carrots – 6 big 

Beetroot – ½

Spinach – 4 to 5 leaves

Tomato – 1 big ripe

Black salt – As per taste

Lemon – few drops

You can also add fruits of your choice like orange, apple, pomegranate etc.


Method 

Extract the juice of all ingredients in a juicer and then add the black salt and lemon juice. The juice’s ready. Refresh yourself with the goodness of these seasonal goodies.
